I made a pretty delicious burger last night that I thought I would share. I defrosted some ground turkey because I was going to attempt lasagna, but I realized I didn’t have any lasagna noodles. Oops! I improvised and made these awesome burgers since I had everything on hand.
Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers
Ingredients (for 4 burgers)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 ounces feta cheese
- A few handfuls of chopped fresh spinach
- 1 pound ground turkey
- Salt and pepper
- Dash of paprika
Directions
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil grate.
- While the grill is preheating, mix together eggs, garlic, feta cheese, spinach, and turkey in a large bowl until well combined; form into 4 patties. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.
- Cook on preheated grill until no longer pink in the center, 15 to 20 minutes.
They were really good. It was hard to get a good picture because I was super hungry and wanted to eat
My grill decided to run out of gas about two minutes after I put my burger on so I had to finish it on my George Foreman.
TIP: Make sure your grill has gas!
